Information we may receive

When you contact STS through the website form, by telephone, email or WhatsApp, you may provide your name, contact details, organisation, location and information about the service you require. Please do not submit passwords, authentication codes, payment information or unnecessary sensitive personal information through an initial enquiry.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, provide requested services, maintain appropriate business records and protect the security and integrity of our operations.

Sharing

STS does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers used for website hosting, form processing, communications or business administration, or disclosed where required by law. Only information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose should be shared.

Website services

This website is hosted through Cloudflare Pages, uses Google Fonts and uses Formspree to securely process website form submissions and deliver them to STS. Contact links may direct you to your telephone, email application or WhatsApp, where the privacy practices of the relevant provider apply. The website does not currently use advertising trackers or accept payments.

Retention and security

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, service, recordkeeping or legal purpose involved. Form submissions may also be retained by Formspree in accordance with the service configuration and its privacy practices. Reasonable organisational and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
